HP ENVY 5055 NEED TO UPDATE NEW E MAIL ADDRESS

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP ENVY 5055 and updating the email address issue. Let’s go through a few checks.

Step 1: Open HP Smart

Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

Make sure the HP ENVY 5055 printer is selected.

Step 2: Access printer account settings

Click or tap the printer image in HP Smart.

Select Advanced Settings.

The printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS) opens.

Step 3: Update Web Services email

Select the Web Services tab.

Click Remove Web Services.

Confirm the removal.

Step 4: Re-enable Web Services

From the printer control panel or EWS, enable Web Services again.

A new printer email address will be generated automatically.

Step 5: Update HP Smart account information

In HP Smart, click Account or Sign In.

Update the email address in your HP account settings if required.
