Product: HP Envy 6155e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP envy 6100e printer that I cannot connect to my desk top computer windows 10. The printer constantly says it is offline. How do I fix this? I do have a USB cable connection but still will not print.
