If the printer is on your network,
You might be able to use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to set / adjust the Copy Default settings
If the "two sided copy" is available on your printer, set the default for 2-sided copy.
Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Copy > Settings > Default Settings / Copy Defaults (wording can vary)
