Microsoft Windows 11

I received my 9015E but the option to do any wireless printing was not available.  I ended up chatting with HP.. the end issue was there is a secret menu that you have to get to from the home screen.  So on the home screen you will see the reverse arrow  then a space and the home button then the question mark.  Remember where they are.

You have to hit the back button (it won't be lit up) and the home button then back then home .. you should see the enable disable menu pop up.  (NOT THE SERVICE MENU).

The first time I did it I didn't have enough space between the (unlit) home button and the reverse button.. so make sure you know where they are..

again.. from the home screen.. the question mark will be lit up.. then click short cuts so you can see where the reverse and home key live.. then reverse to the main screen.

only the question mark will be lit.  Now push back home back home until you see the enable disable menu push on the side carrot and enable wireless.
