I already checked these step
Restart printer
Reset printer
Update firmware
But error still coming

Known issue on this series. Duct motor failure or a seized toner collection duct. Remove the duct from the front of the printer and try to rotate the gear on the left hand side. if it does not move, the collection duct is bad. If the gear rotates then you need to test the toner duct motor to see if it makes any sounds. I would contact your servicing dealer and have a technician take care of this.
