Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello HP Community.  I have an Officejet Pro 8620.  I am attempting to get it "reconnected" to my home network, and it is giving an error message telling me that my printer is locked due to my admin.  I am the admin and do not recall locking it - but furthermore, how do I unlock, regardless?
