HP Recommended

I have a HP Office Jet Pro 6978.  Very happy with it and my ink cartridge program, but the printer is starting to fail. I want to sign up for the HP All-In program,  but the HP's shipper keeps saying my address isn't valued. I spent nearly three full days of talking to HP's "help" people...they were able to get into American real estate programs, to confirm my address most certainly is valid.  But they say they have no way to correct HP's shipper.      This is suggesting that HP is NOT a legit American company.

If HP is in fact a foreign entity, it is in violation of American trade/import laws for its failure to identify as such.

I am going to give this another thirty business days from today (7 Sept '24) and then proceed with a Customes/Trade Complaint.    If HP is in fact a foreign entity, it must disclose that.
