Hp Office Jet Pro 81352.  Trying to complete the installation of firmware but it is stuck and will not advance to the next page when I hit enter,   I am not sure if I have the correct ethernet cords.

I am sorry to hear that your HP OfficeJet Pro 81352 firmware update is stuck, preventing it from completing the installation, I would request you to please follow the steps:

 

Reset the Printer

  • Power off the printer completely.
  • Disconnect the power cord from both the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds before reconnecting.
  • Power the printer back on and retry the firmware update.

Update via HP Smart App or HP Website

  • If the printer’s screen is stuck, try updating firmware through your computer:
  • Download the latest firmware from the HP Support site.
  • Run the installer with the printer connected via USB or network.

Re-initiate Firmware Update:

  • Go to the printer's control panel and navigate to the “Setup” menu, then select “Printer Maintenance.”
  • Look for the firmware update option and try re-initiating the update process.
