Envy Pro 6400 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need the full driver for the product, installation from Hp Easy start when you select full driver stops.

It's impossible to download the file directly

I just ran into a similar problem on a friends Win8 desktop.  The error message (you need to click a button to see it) was "... unable to access C:\Program Files\HP\HP Envy...  What I did was to change permissions on C:\Program Files\HP. I added Everyone with Full Control. After that, the installer worked.

I must say, though, that this is a pretty lousy way to install a driver.
