I needed to move my 2604sdw printer and when I did, I found that there was only one black foot on the bottom of my printer. I never noticed it wobbled but now that I moved it, it wobbles all the time. How many feet should there be and where can I get more of them if necessary?

A small part like that is unlikely to be offered by HP as a spare part. You can use this KB article for guidance on searching, but in the end, likely finding some generic stick on rubber feed will be your best bet. Usually there is a rubber foot on each of the four corners to prevent surface damage.
