I have upgraded my system to mac os 13 (high Sierra) with a Mac mini M2 chip.  I cannot seem to hook up my HP printer D110 series to it.  When I  try to hook it p wirelessly it does not accept the password for the network and when I try to hook it up with usb it does not recognize it.   I found the old installation disk and tired that but it needs to be updated .I have tried using H{P smart also without success.  any ideas?

Thanks, domenico2020

Hi @Domenico2020,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To update the HP installer for macOS High Sierra 13, you can follow these steps.

  • Open the App Store on your Mac and click on the "Updates" tab in the top bar.
  • Check if there is an update available for the HP installer. If there is, click the "Update" button next to it.
  • If there is no update available in the App Store, go to the HP website and search for the latest driver and software package for your specific HP printer model.
  • Download and install the latest driver and software package from the HP website.
  • Once the download is complete, double-click on the downloaded file to begin the installation process.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
  • After installation, restart your Mac and try using your HP printer to see if it is working properly.

By following these steps, you should be able to update the HP installer on your Mac running macOS High Sierra 13.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
