Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hp 7740 is online, but asking to turn on printer.  Laptop recognizes printer, but HP Smart app can't see that.  Doesn't make any sense.  HP Smart app shows it online, but when selecting the printer, it states to turn on printer.

 

Idiotic.
