Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I understand the error code F0.01.05.19 on your HP 9730 Printer indicates a critical system error. Here are some steps to try and resolve it:

 

Restart the Printer:

  • Power off the printer completely by unplugging it from the wall.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on to see if the error persists.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions inside the printer. Remove any jammed paper carefully.

Check for Ink Cartridge Issues:

  • Ensure that all ink cartridges are installed correctly and are not empty or damaged. Remove and reinsert them to make sure they are seated properly.

Reset Printer Settings:

  • If restarting doesn't help, perform a factory reset if your printer's menu allows it. Refer to your printer’s manual for specific instructions on how to do this.

Update Firmware:- Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve critical system errors.
