hp color laserjet mfp m477fnw - lcd is white, will not come to ready state after power off & unplug. How to get the lcd screen back to ready state to download firmware to solve fw is corrupt error?

If the printer display is blank you can try to do a hard reset on it

>> Power on the printer

>> Unplug the power cable

>> Wait for 30sec-1min and plug it in back

>> Connect the printer on RAW power

 

If the printer's  display shows some error then the firmware will not get  updated so no point trying to upgrade the firmware.

 

If still the issue persists call HP Tollfree number 1800-11-22-67 and register a complain with HP
