hp envy photo 7855 freezing on first blue dot while loading

Hi, I have been having this problem where my printer hp Envy Photo 7855 will freeze on the first dot while the bar goes all the way to the end I have tried hard resetting it and it did nothing. If someone could help me that would be great!

i tried updating the firmware like suggested on another thread, but it would not connect to update.

             Hello hmp4077,

Place the printer near the Wi-Fi router. Go to the Setup, Network, or Wireless Settings menu, then select Wireless Setup Wizard. Select your network name, then enter the password to complete the connection.

Thank you for the recommendation,  Bernard42 when I plug the printer in, it shows the initial hp loading screen but does not move passed the first blue loading dot. The loading bar is full. But it will not progress to the 2-7 loading dots. So it does not get to a place that I can connect anything, and when I try to connect to my computer to upload anything it tells me it's off-line.

I 'mrunning into the same problem with printer stuck on first dot on bootup. How do I resolve to get the printer online again?
