@Andualem1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer claim code

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you have lost your printer claim code for the HP printer model MFEM635, you can print another information page with the printer claim code. Here are the steps you can follow:

For Printers with a Touchscreen or LCD Display:

  1. Touch or press the HP ePrint icon or button on your printer.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to print the info page that contains the printer claim code.

For Printers Without a Touchscreen or LCD Display:

  1. Print a Network Configuration or self-test page to obtain the printer IP address.
  2. Using a computer, open an Internet browser and type the printer IP address in the browser's address bar, then press Enter to open the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
  3. On the EWS webpage, click the Web Services tab.
  4. Under Web Services Settings, click Print Info Page and follow the on-screen instructions to print the information page with the claim code.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
