Hello,
Is there any chance to install HP Smart app without the Microsoft Store?
Our company uses lots of in-line apps,we never needed a printer, now we are growing bigger & we needed a print mainly for scanner,
One of our ceo had this printer working perfectly at his place,we got it.
I install the all-in-one pack but when installation almost completed, printer try to install from ms store
We have blocked Microsoft Store in our domain and we cannot unlock it for only 3-4 users unfortunately that is the policy.
Printer-copy all ok
my issue is with the scanner,
when i enter HP Deskjet 1510 series.exe -> printer setup & softwares click in connect to a new printer - cannot detect for hours
so i can't get scanner, is it possible to get an install exe only for scan?
this is my issue!!
what can i do to get the scanner??

Answer
Installation of the HP Smart Application is only available from the Microsoft Store .
The Troubleshooting guide provides the known solutions for driver installation problems:
HP printer not found during driver setup (Windows, Mac)
The general "what to do" corrective actions for this type of issue includes replacing the USB cable.
Example: Troubleshoot a USB connection to an HP printer

Remember to remove the cable before installing software and to connect the cable only when instructed to do so.

Click the orange Download Now option / box
Wait!
If the problem / issue is one of
- Printer is Offline
- Cannot print in Color
- Duplex printing has disappeared
- Odd or persistent installation or connection issues
THEN
Select / Answer question “Is print offline?” = YES
Answering Yes selects the “right doctor” version for these issues.
NOTES – The “Offline” doctor
As a result of repairing issues,
Offline / Color check / Duplex check version of the Doctor may replace the printer or add a “(Copy 1)” version of the driver in Devices and Printers.
If there are two printers in Devices and Printers,
If one of them does not work,
Try sending your job to the “Copy 1” named printer.
If you want / need to rename the “Copy 1” printer:
Open Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers
Right-Click on the printer name > Printer Properties > Tab General >
In the top box, Edit the name of the printer (For example, remove the part that says “Copy 1”)
Click Apply / OK to save change
NOTE: The name change may take a bit of time (a few minutes), else Restart the computer and log in.

Verify results. If necessary, set the newly added / renamed printer as the default.
A secondary “Scan” printer may be added, that is, the “Do not Delete” driver / printer. As it says, do not delete the entry.

Thanks for the reply.
I did follow all your steps & advises but nothing,
Now listen to me,
As i explained i don't have issue with the printing stuff, my issue is SCANNER!!
Take a look below the screenshots below:
i already install it several times (offine or with usb or without usb still the same)
Printer connection - never gud always this issue
my windows specs
printer is recognized, so what is the issue with scanner??????
printing all ok - but i want scanner not printing!!!
i install the link of all-in-one - the 93.8mb setup exe, so how come its not ok??
no solution!!! so if u guys will tell me to re-try, plze give me the scan setup, there is an issue with the all-in-one!!
what is the solution???
