HP Recommended

i had issue with my printer laserjet mfp m880, i have try to upgrade firmware by USB stick, 

1. erase/unlock, 2. format disk, 3. download the firmware.

but during downloading process, its fail and showing error 99.02.24.

any advice for this issue?
