HI @OnScene,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To connect your HP All-in-One 3755 printer to your Intel Core i7 10th Gen Lenovo laptop, follow these steps:
1. Ensure Printer and Laptop Compatibility
- Make sure the HP 3755 printer is properly set up with ink cartridges installed and paper loaded.
- Ensure your printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your laptop (if using wireless connection).
2. Connect Your Printer
For Wireless Connection:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless settings (refer to your printer’s manual for exact steps). Ensure that the wireless feature is enabled.
- Use the printer’s control panel to connect to your Wi-Fi network. You may need to enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
- Download and install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store or HP's website.
- Open the HP Smart app. Click on “+” or “Add Printer” and follow the on-screen instructions to add your HP 3755 printer.
- Follow the prompts to complete the printer setup. The app will help you connect the printer to your laptop.
For USB Connection:
- Use a USB cable to connect your HP 3755 printer directly to your Lenovo laptop.
- Windows should automatically detect the printer and install the necessary drivers. If not, visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers for the HP 3755.
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Click on Add a printer or scanner. Windows should detect the printer connected via USB. Select the printer from the list and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
3. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues:
- Restart both your printer and laptop to resolve any connectivity issues.
- Ensure the printer is not in an error state (e.g., out of paper, low ink).
- Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed. Visit the HP Support website to download any updates.
- If using wireless, ensure that the printer and laptop are on the same Wi-Fi network. Check for any network issues that might affect connectivity.
- For wireless printers, you might need to reconfigure the network settings or reset the network settings on the printer and reconnect to the Wi-Fi.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
