boa noite pessoal!

estou precisando da ajuda de vocês pq não consigo imprimir na minha impressora HP DESKJET 5550. ela está perfeita e com os cartuchos novinhos e originais, porem, mesmo já baixando e instalando todos os aplicativos que a HP falou pra eu instalar (HP SupportSolution, HPPSdr, HPEasyStart e etc) mesmo assim a impressora não é identificada nem pelo site da HP e nem pelo notebook
