bonjour depuis plusieurs fois depuis janvier je viens pour imprimer et mon pc ne reconnaît pas mon imprimante il m'indique pilote non reconnu comment puis je résoudre mon problème pour imprimer mes travaux.

je possède un bureau jet pro série9015; 1kr42a
