My 6978 HP printer is stuck in set up mode. First I replaced all cartridges with new HP. Still did not work. I used suggestions of unplugging and removing cartridges and plugging back in, then reinstalling cartridges. Thought it was going to work, but the screen quickly went back to set up. Tried to delete printer but message said it was initializing and would not let me unistall it. Please help, now I am stuck with all new cartridges and a printer that does not work.
