hp deskjet 2752e will not print from hp laptop

I am sorry to hear that your HP DeskJet 2752e printer is not printing from your HP laptop, I would request you to please follow the steps:

 

Check Printer Status

Make sure the printer is powered on and shows Ready on its display.

Confirm there are no error lights (paper jam, low ink, etc.).

 

Add Printer Manually

  • On your laptop:
  • Windows → Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners → Add a printer.
  • If auto‑detect fails, choose Add manually by IP address and enter the printer’s IP from the configuration page.

Reinstall HP Drivers

  • Download HP Easy Start or HP Smart from HP’s support site.
  • Run the installer to reinstall the correct drivers for the DeskJet 2752e.
  • This ensures compatibility with Windows updates.

Set as Default Printer

  • In Printers & Scanners, select the DeskJet 2752e → Set as default printer.
  • This avoids jobs being sent to a different printer.

Update Firmware

  • On the printer: Setup → Printer Maintenance → Update Printer.
  • Firmware updates often fix communication bugs.

Restart Devices

  • Restart both the printer and laptop.
  • Try printing a test page.
