i just new ink carriages and the app tells me that they are full so that’s not the problem . i also made sure my printer was fully updated so that also isn’t the problem. i tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times as well and it’s still not working .

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
