HP Recommended
Product: hp deskjet plus 4130
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The cartrages on the printer are contantly moving back and forth,i have done software updates, firmware updates, used the dignostic tool which said there is no issues with the printer, cannot find a solution online.any ideas?

It is normal that the cartridges move back and forth when turning the printer on.
