Product: office jet 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an Office Jet Pro 9015 as the specifications show it will print paper as small as 3".  I am trying to endorse checks as I previously did with my Canon MX922 from MS Word.   Multiple checks are pulled in simultaneously and then crumpled and jammed.  I've noticed comments that others are having the same problems but I haven't seen any solutions.
