deskjet 2600
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Please help: I just installed my new deskjet 2600 and all went well. When I try to print something from my laptop (hp elitebook with windows 7) it will not print.  I used the hp print doctor and it found all systems OK . I printed a test page from the scan dr. fine.  I sure will appreciate the help.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are unable to print from your computer on HP Deskjet 2600 Printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • How is the connected to the computer, wired or wireless?
  • Are you getting any error message while printing?

Meanwhile:

Perform a Hard Reset on the printer.

Remove the power cable from the printer when it is turned on.

Press and hold the power button for 60secs.

Connect the power cable to printer and directly to wall outlet.

Turn on the printer.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers.
