ENVY 6220
iOS 12 - 12.0.1

During the installation and setup of the envy photo 6220 the printer is not detected  eventhough already connected to the same   internet network.

I am not able to let it work and it's brand new!

@LucaPsycho

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting connectivity issues between printer and iOS device.

Did you check if the router is set to 2.4GHZ bandwidth?

If yes,restore the printer to the original network settings

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ).

2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

3. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Set up from the WiFi connection on the printer using Wireless Setup Wizard

1. From the printer control panel display, touch (Wireless).

2. Touch ( Settings ).

3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
