HP Recommended

The printer is trying to update the software.  Which happened without my approval or my request.  The screen keeps spinning on 0%.  In order to use the printer I have to turn the printer off or unplug it.  If it sits idle the software tries to update again without success.  It is connected to the wifi.  Any advice?
