Is the output tray for the 9025e and 9125e the same?

No, the output tray capacity is not the same.

 

While the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e has a higher capacity of up to 100 sheets with "Smart Output Management", the newer HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e is limited to 60 sheets.

 

On HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e the Tray Mechanism is Motorized "Smart" tray on the other hand the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e has the Standard Sheet Feed.
