Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968
Operating System: iOS

Hi there. My printer started printing very poorly, white lines between the words etc, so I cleaned the print head and did the other diagnostics and the quality improved slightly but not all the way. Now all of a sudden I have an error message saying “printer failure. There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer off then on. If you continue to get this message contact HP. 0x6100004a” I’ve turned it off and on and still see the same message. 😕
