HP Deskjet 2050

I've done all the steps that are on the site to help my printer start copying from my computer again (with usb) but he's saying that it is offline. I've checked the waitinglist and i've canceled all the documents and the printer is still saying that it is offline. 

I have pulled out the plug and the usb multiple times and deleted the printer from my computer and set it back on. 

Can anyone help me please?
