Hi @Dawne23, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer. Let's try to troubleshoot this together. Here are a few steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your printer has enough ink. Sometimes, printers print blank pages if the ink cartridges are empty or low.

Run Printer Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  • Find Printer and click Run.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Find your printer under Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP 2700 printer and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP 2700 printer and select Printer properties.
  • Ensure that the printer is set to the correct paper size and type.

Clean Print Head:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer.
  • Go to Printer Maintenance and select Clean Printhead.

Reinstall Printer:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Select your HP2700 printer and click Remove device.
  • Restart your computer and then add the printer again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
