      Hello rlhjah69,

Restart your printer, router, and mobile device

Restart all devices to clear network and hardware error states. Turn off the printer, and then turn it on again. Disconnect the power cable from the router, wait ten seconds, reconnect the cable, and then wait for the internet connection to complete.

                        Excellent Day.

Still did not work. I keep get message about certificate credentials and it's asking for my username and my password and I put that of which I used to sign into HP and it says that was incorrect so I don't know what the username or the password would be for the certificate either if I can put that in it would let me print it seems like I can still print from my Windows laptop but I just got a new Samsung Galaxy laptop and that one will not print either and it runs on Windows it keeps canceling the print job out saying that the print is full is an issue I've went in cleared all that out reset everything so forth and still say miss you comes up every time I try to print from it on my Android phone several of them that I've tried to see if it was just my brand even though I was always able to print from it before does not let me print it'll pull up my printer that's on my network it will let me go through every step like I'm getting ready to print until I hit print and then I get this pop up please help I have a child that's in school that I have to do a lot of printing for and printing for myself for that matter Leisure and work related type stuff and it's aggravating to have to transfer it all to the laptop and then print from there instead of just being able to hit send from my phone because some applications that I use I cannot use on my laptop so it's not like I could just do everything from the laptop to begin with and I shouldn't have to when I was able to print from there before am I wrong and thinking this way please help me I've even cleared my printer information completely out of Wi-Fi and started a fresh same issue comes up every time I have a HP 2732 printer. I have a screenshot of the pop-up that comes up I just got to figure out how to post that here so you can see what it says.
