Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I removed the ink cartridges and tried to remove ink from the "cleaning" tray, but still ended up with ink spillage. What is the procedure to transport a used inkjet printer?

@tjf2, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

There are no instructions on how to transport this printer. You just have to remove the ink cartridges, place them in an air-tight container, and ship the printer. You may use the printer box that it came in.
