HP Recommended
Operating System: Other

Failed Firmware update.

On power up the printer is doing the "self check".

Then power light is on and ready light is blinking.

Opening and closing the toner lid is prompts another self check.

Pushing power button shuts it off and on.

pushing wifi button and error button does nothing

Mac OS System Settings: Shows up aus "HP Laserjet 3020" on USB  – not configurable.

HP Easy start: Shows up aus "HP Laserjet 3020" on USB  – not configurable.

HP Smart: Not showing up at all.

What to do next?
