LASERJET M4555H MFP

We have user authentication turned on for this MFP.   I have two users who can each see an individual address book when they sign in to the MFP. This is NOT tied to exchange, it seems to be somehow stored locally on the MFP. There are no email "contacts" stored on the address book that's accessible through the web interface when logged in as admin.

My current problem is this -one of the users changed her name, so her login information for the printer changed, and the printer seems to think she is  a different user and will not show her the "personal contacts" she had previously stored on the printer.

This does not APPEAR to be cached information - when the other user logs in and selects her personal address book, all her contacts are there, appearing to be *saved* within her address book.

I've tried exporting the contacts list from the web interface, but again, despite two users appearing to have address books saved within the MFP, no email contacts were exported.

Is there any way I can access/back up this stored information?

Thank you!
