hello
I inherited a deskjet 2630. The region it's set for is the US but I'm based in Europe. So far I have downloaded the HP Smart software and connected the printer to my laptop via USB, but I still cannot figure out how to change the region.
I cannot print anything because the printer will only accept cartridges hp123 but I need it to accept hp304.
Please can someone help.

I'd like to help!
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
