How do I reset the printer (regionalization) settings to I can use HP ink cartridges available in India ?

HP Deskjet 3051A e-All-in-One Printer - J611h

 

Note:- this issue was first raised on HP community in Aug'2022 and was handled by HP employee but haven't heard back after sharing the ink cartridge values through private messages via HP inbox.
