Several of the setup choices are locked.  How do I restore my printer to factory default if a can't select that option on the printer screen?

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Officejet Pro 9018 printer has setup options locked (such as factory reset or network settings) and you're unable to select them on the touchscreen, it's likely due to administrator restrictions or HP+ account locking. Here's how to perform a factory reset.

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults 
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Setup). 
2. Touch Printer Maintenance. 
3. Touch Restore. 
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored. 

5. Touch Continue.
