Hi Sir
 
This is Miss Tee ,regarding last 2 week i call to ask about printer scan cant to use.
 
after u call back to follow up with me tell use other software ,but the problem still same .
 
when i download first time that can user ,the next day are cant scan ? then the message show out " no scanning device was no found"
 
My printer model : HP DESKJET 2050
 
could please  this problem will be solved
