i have an inkjet Officejet Pro 8710 on a Window 10 Dell 9020.I used to scan documents using the HP app on my computer, now it says scanning is unavailable. HP Diagnostic Doctor says there is a problem with the scanner, perhaps the drivers. I've noticed that scanning is available as an administrator, but unavailable as standard user. Printing seems to be OK.
