Product: OfficeJet Pro 9015e

I have tried turning it off and then back on again -- doesn't work.  The cartridge carrier appears to be stuck on the right hand side.

Forget it -- I finally got it to work.  Turns out I had to confirm English and USA -- although previously it had not asked me to do so.

How did you find this out?  I'm having the same problem with my 9010 - I have an empty cartridge but the carrier won't move so I can replace it.  And I can't print anything!
