I will help the community when HP gurus help with this stupid offline issue. I have stepped through all the suggestions multiple times multiple days and am a persistent person - multiple hours!!
I have a 1 year old pc with windows 11 and the HP9130e printer. you are no help so every day multiple times a day I have to turn off the printer, turn it on and check it in settings to verify that it is there before printing one page!!!!! stinks out loud! WHO TO BLAME Y'ALL????

1 - See if you can prevent the printer from going to sleep. I am guessing your Wi-Fi router cannot wake it up.
Access the printers embedded web page and set sleep to off or never.
Click here to see an example of turning off sleep
2 - Use HP Smart to wake up the printer.
HP Smart can be obtained from the Microsoft Store.
Do you have multiple Wi-Fi boosters or repeaters?
Let me know what happens.

There is another possibility that I have been reminded about by our printer expert @Repairatrooper
TCP port are more likely to maintain a connection than WSD ports. From my own experience I have LJ1415 hardwired to a modem and a Canon TS700 on Wi-Fi to the same modem. The LJ is accessed from windows as both a TCP port and a WSD port and I have never had a problem with it. The Canon is only accessed WSD port and I have to physically press the online button to wake it up. One of the following might work better than HP Smart.
1 - Connect your 9135 using hardwired ethernet. If the modem is not nearby you can use a powerline adapter.
Powerline adapters are explained here
Typical power line adapters are here
2 - bring up windows printers and scanners, select the actual printer's name (not the scanner or pdf device) and select printer properties and the select ports
If the 9135 shows only WSD port then add a TCP port. TCP ports have the ability to maintain a signal or "keep alive" any device connected to it. After adding the TCP port it should look like the following, except for the IP address.
If the IP address is empty then use the hostname of your printer. My hostname is NPI40CB07.attlocal.net
You can get the IP address or the hostname from a status printout.. The IP address can change if the modem gives a different IP address but the hostname on the network never changes.
C:\Users\josep>ping NPI40CB07
