I cancelled my regular ink supply from HP as was not using the printer much.  However since then(a couple of months ago), the printer won't print.

Surely my printer is not useless now just because im not purchasing from them??

How can I remove the printer from my Mac and add it back without wireless so i can continue to use, either with the cartridges I already have, and have paid for through the subscription, or purchase my own cartridges.

What am I missing here ?

thanks

Hi @india2345,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

If you have canceled your Instant Ink subscription, you won't be able to use Instant Ink cartridges.

However, if you are unable to use HP regular cartridges, here's what you need to know & do:

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

when done successfully, check if it works fine.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
