To connect your HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 printer to a new laptop, consider following these steps:
Power On Printer and Laptop: Ensure both your printer and laptop are powered on.
Check Wireless Connectivity: Make sure that your printer's wireless feature is activated. Verify the wireless connectivity from the control panel.
- Wireless Status Light: A solid blue light indicates that a wireless connection is established and you can print wirelessly.
Access Control Panel: Use the printer's control panel to access the Wireless Setup menu.
Home Button: Press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
Touchscreen Display: Swipe or touch the screen to select the menu options.
Setup Wireless Connection:
- Navigate to Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Settings on your printer's control panel.
- Choose "Wireless Setup Wizard" to find and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
Install Printer Drivers:
