I am not sure this is the right place for this question but I was sent here after emailing a different area. We have an MFP M283fdw printer originally purchased in February 2021. The screen on the printer quit working and printer would not print from computer. We were sent a replacement printer in July 2021 and the same thing happened this week.  I have been through all the trouble shooting steps and it will not work. Now I have bern told that this will not be covered under warranty because the printer we have was delivered to the distributor in December 2020 and the warranty expired 17 days ago. He told me that the manufacturer's one year warranty is from date of delivery to distributor which I believe is misleading and unfair to consumer.

Hi,

The factory 1 year warranty is one year from the date of purchase, you would need to dispute the printer warranty by providing the purchase invoice and update the warranty information by its purchase date:
