wont connect iniatal setup

HP deskjet 2700 unable to configure the printer windows 7

I went to install the printer and it stopped at the second emblem in, " unable to configure the printer" since then ( i bought it on 7th Jan 2021) I have tried everything you could think of to get it going BUT I CANT, it been 2 months now so I've got to do something.
I've dl so many ver of software from HP & 123 BUT THEY HAVENT WORKED.

I had an HP 2623 before and that went straight in, but this one is a right pain.
i went into the firewall and tried to allow it through. I tried to put it on my mobile it was doing the same thing.
The second emblem stopped even after a reboot.
On the Test printout, I get a load of BLANK PAPER.
On the wifi panel, I, X I (pushed at various times)just get nothing just a load of paper.

Oh, and I just print 1 page and every time the orange light flashes away until you stop it. every single time.

I've DELETED Kaspersky and windows 7 firewall.

Oh, I have just REINSTALLED windows 7 and it is still the same.
And the scan doctor "hp print and scan doctor 5.0.7 has stopped working"

@1ron101, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to install the printer on the Win 7 PC. Let us try these steps:

 

For now, try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

How is the printer connected to the PC? Check the connectivity.

 

if the printer is printing blank pages, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
