Product: HP Photosmart 5520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use the DeltaCad (version 8.0) drawing program.  It interrogates the printer driver to find the paper size, which is very important when printing multi-sheet drawings.  8"x11" paper (borderless) returns as 8.7"x11.18".  DeltaCad claims the driver reports the wrong size.  I have the latest driver.

 

Any ideas?

Is the paper size detected correctly from another application like MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader etc.? If so, then its an issue with the specific applicaation that you are using. In such situations, we would recommend you contact the support helpline for the particular s/w.

Thanks for your suggestion. Adobe Acrobat reports 8.5x11 "with border" selected (printer "advanced" setting) and 8.71x11.19 with "borderless" selected.  I can't find a reported paper size in Word. I previously updated the driver and just before checking paper size, updated the firmware as well.  Still have same result with DeltaCad. I should clarify that DeltaCad reports paper size of 8.27x10.75 "with border" selected.
