Samsung CLP-510
macOS 10.15 Catalina

After upgrading to Catalina I find I cannot print as I get the response Stopped - 'Filter' failed.  I'm guessing I need to get a 64bit driver and don't know if there is one for this printer?

I looked through the list but do not see a Samsung PLC-510.  There is a SL-C510 listed though.

All of the Samsung printers that will get 64-bit drivers are listed here.

The SL-C510 shows as not yet available but In Development.  So there is one coming.

Thanks, the SL-C510 is a different printer.  My printer is old but works really well and when connected to a widows computer works fine, however when I try printing from my Mac I just get that error message.  I had a look at the list and as you said no mention of PLC-510.  How would I check if HP/Samsung are going to upgrade the driver for my printer?

Yes, very annoying! Nevertheless, I was able to find a workaround, see my post here:
